Philosophy

Giving our guests the life they came for

Regina Home started from a simple observation: in Douala there was nothing between a hotel and an empty rental. A hotel solves service but imposes its rhythm. An empty rental gives you space and nothing else. We wanted both.

Every apartment is fully furnished and equipped: a real kitchen, a washing machine, air conditioning in each room, connectivity, television. You arrive with a suitcase and live normally from the first evening.

The building does the rest: the pool, the gym, the rooftop courts, the conference room, and a team on site at all times.

Architecture

A courtyard, daylight and height

The building is arranged around a planted courtyard reached on the level, open to the sky, which brings light to the lower floors and cools the whole block. It is also what lets the pool sit away from the street without feeling enclosed.

Shared and leisure spaces occupy the base and the roof: gym and conference room below, sports courts above. The apartments sit between the two, in the quiet.
